Our menu has 4 elements - the food, the drinks, the music and the visuals - each created to be a perfectly balanced part of the Terra Mundo experience.
A symphony in three parts
The Terra Mundo food menu has a choice of Plant-Based, Pescatarian or ‘with meat’ options. Our chef Chris Bower is a Michelin and AA rosette awarded chef with a career cooking in some of the UK’s most prestigious restaurants. Chris and his team bring their passion for the best, freshest seasonal ingredients to the design of Terra Mundo's three courses: Forest, Fire & Ocean.
Terra Mundo’s drinks flights are an especially curated choice of luxury cocktails, zero-proof cocktails, fine wines or stunning craft beers for each course. Our bar operations and cocktail design are run by world renowned drinks expert Dan Dove from Global Bartending; our beers are curated by leading craft brewery North Brewing Company; our wines are curated by Vineyard Productions from Master of Wine Liam Steevenson.
